Honky Tonk Pig Black Eyed Pea Salsa

  • 1 15oz can black eyed peas, drained
  • 1 15oz can shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 jar of pepper relish
  • 1 8oz bottle of Italian salad dressing
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 chopped tomato

    Mix all the ingredients together and serve with tortilla scoops.
