Honky Tonk Pig Fire Cracker Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard cooked eggs
  • 1/3 c mild salsa
  • 1/3 c Honky Tonk Pig Spicy BBQ Sauce
  • 3 T. sour cream
  • 3 T. minced green onions
  • 1 T. chopped black olives
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

    Cup eggs in half. Remove yolks and set whites aside. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refill whites using one heaping tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors.
